From recent visits
What patients remember is the note, not the atrium.
They did not make us wait for a file that was already in the building. The cardiology registrar had yesterday’s ECG before we sat down.
Labour was not theatrical. Someone explained every change, in Punjabi when I asked, and the paediatrician was on the floor before the baby needed her.
I came for a second opinion on a knee replacement. Dr. Mehta sent me back to physiotherapy for six weeks. The pain settled. That honesty is why I still come here.
Emergency at 2 a.m. did not feel like a different hospital. The note from the night went with us to medicine in the morning.
